Guiseppe DiGregorio, 81, of Hamden, passed away at home on July 9, 2022 surrounded by his family. Born in Alife, Italy on May 8, 1941, a son of the late Nicola and Maria Camputaro DiGregorio, he is survived by his children; Pasqualino, Nicola, Maria Assunta, and Rosanna DiGregorio, grandchildren; Jessica Spivak, Nino Angelo DiGregorio, Tavis Thomas, Viviana Alfarano, and 5 great-grandchildren. Guiseppe worked as a machinist for many years for several manufacturing companies in the New Haven area. Most recently, he worked in the Maintenance Dept. at Southern CT State University. He was also a long-time member of Blessed Sacrament Church in Hamden.
A service celebrating Guiseppe's life will be held on Saturday, July 16th at 4:00 p.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Friends may visit with his family from 2:00-4:00 p.m. before the service. Burial will be private.
