Gladys K. Barsoumian, age 92, of Wallingford, passed away on September 21, 2015. Gladys was the widow of Barry B. Barsoumian. Born in Weehawken, New Jersey on July 3, 1923 she was a daughter of the late George & Alice Kavazanjian Kassabian. Gladys is survived by her daughter Karen B. Burgavella & her husband Joseph of West Haven and her grandson Kenneth B. Barsoumian, Jr of West Haven. She was predeceased by her son Kenneth B. Barsoumian and her sister Marion Joyce Babigian. Gladys was a former Hamden resident and office manager for their family business, the Barsoumian Machine & Pump Company. She was a member of the Hamden Women's Club and the Spring Glen United Congregational Church. Friends may attend her Graveside Ceremony on Thursday, September 24th at 2:00 PM in Beaverdale Memorial Park, Section H, 90 Pine Rock Ave, New Haven.
