Sister of Charlotte McKean of Hamden, sister-in-law of Margaret FitzGerald of Hamden, also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren,a niece and nephew. She was born in New Haven, Nov. 4, 1913, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Beulah Russell Townley, she had been employed by Sears Roebuck & Co., Commerical Sales Dept. in Hamden for 25 years before her retirement. A Funeral Service will be held in the Whitneyville Congregational Church on Saturday, Sept. 2, at 10 A.M. Friends may call at BEECHER AND BENNETT,2300 WHITNEY AVE., HAMDEN on Friday from 5-8 P.M.
