Jacqueline Ann Leffingwell, age 65, of Saratoga Springs, NY, passed away August 9, 2010 at the Albany Medical Center. Born in Meriden on March 1, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Charles & Anna Cirillo Leffingwell. Jacqueline lived most of her life in Meriden until moving to NY 10 years ago. Jacqueline is survived by her daughters, Kimberly & her husband Steven Bosse of Wolcott, CT, Heidi-Anne Ozmun Herbst & her fiancee Thomas of Wernges, Germany; sons, Leo Richard & his fiancee Jolie of Waterbury, CT, Rick Richard of Gansevoort, NY and Salvatore Empronto of East Albany, NY; sisters, Barbara Boganski of Meriden, Joyce Dorschied of Wolcott, Marjorie LeBlance of Coral Springs, FL and Maryann White of East Windsor, NJ; brothers, Charles Leffingwell of Wolcott, Richard Leffingwell of Pompano Beach, FL and the late Donald Leffingwell; grandchildren, Shannon, Meagan, Nicholas & Kaylie Richard, Sarah & Brittany Bosse, Brandon & Emily Robertson, Domenic & Christopher Herbst and the late Byran Richard. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren. Jacqueline will be greatly missed by all who knew & loved her. She was a very warm and loving person with a great sense of humor. She enjoyed people, attending church, visits with her family, trips to CT, shopping, the nail salon, getting her hair dyed, decorating her home with every ones pictures, crafts, dolls, bears and angels. Jacqueline was also an animal lover, especially fond of dogs. Relative & friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 11 am in BEECHER & BENNETT - FLATOW FUNERAL HOME, 48 Cook Avenue, Meriden, CT. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Meriden.
