James P. Myles, 63, of Highland Ave., Wallingford, formerly of West Haven, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the Hospital of St. Raphael. He was the husband of Gail Gamble Myles. He was born in New Haven, March 12, 1945 son of Bernice Niles Myles of Wallingford and the late James M. Myles, he was a resident of West Haven prior to moving to Wallingford 25 years ago. Mr. Myles graduated from West Haven High School class of 1963 and was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Mr Myles was a inspector for Non-Destructive Testing with the Pye & Hogan Co. He enjoyed playing the bongo's and guitar. Besides his wife and mother he is survived by a brother, Brian Myles, 5 daughters and 5 grandchildren.James was predeceased by a brother Barry Myles. Funeral service at BEECHER & BENNETT - TAYLOR Funeral Home, 410 Campbell Ave., West Haven, Wednesday, July 16th at 1 p.m. Friends may visit with the family from 12 - 1 p.m. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, West Haven.
