In Milford, April 25, 2006, Janet Baldwin Hoffmann, 89, of Valley View Rd., wife of the late William Hoffmann, mother of Miss Carol Hoffmann of Milford and cousin of Shirley Pompano of NJ and Barbara Hartlin of FL. She was predeceased by a sister, Ann Baldwin. Janet was born in New Haven, Oct. 8, 1916 a daughter of the late Howard and Jessie Norton Baldwin and had been a resident of Milford for 35 years. She retired in 1982 from Cheesebrough Ponds of Clinton where she had worked as a bookkeeper for 12 years.
