Janet B. Yentsch, 93, of Elim Park, Cheshire, wife of 69 years to the late Carl F. Yentsch who passed away in 2012. Mother of Nancy Yentsch Haughwout(Robert E. Dietter), David A. (Maryann) Yentsch, grandmother of Bret Haughwout (Carolyn Van Gemert), Bruce Haughwout (Ann DeLauro), Tracy Yentsch (Jeff) Hlavaty, Krista Yentsch Jacobs, great grandmother of Christian & Austin Haughwout, Amanda & Valerie Jacobs, Jake & Kevin Hlavaty. Also survived by a good friend Bradford Hawes. She was predeceased by brothers Raymond & Donald Bradley. Mrs. Yentsch was born in New Haven September 26, 1919, daughter of the late Arthur E. and Claire Kopp Bradley and was employed as a secretary with the former SNET. Co. She was a long time member of the Spring Glen Congregational Church, Children of the American Revolution and the High Lane Club. Janet was an avid bridge player, and she enjoyed golfing at the New Haven Country Club. Funeral service will be Monday, June 17 at 11 am at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 WHITNEY AVE, HAMDEN, Officiated by the Rev. Jeff Crews. Friends may visit with her family on Monday from 10 - 11 am. Interment in Centerville Cemetery.
