Jean Catherine Delinsky, 90, a long time resident of Meriden, passed away on Tuesday, Jan 10, 2017, after a short illness. Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, she was the wife of the late Edward Delinsky and the daughter of the late George Krommes and Elizabeth Blitz. Jean was the beloved mother of Glenn Delinsky (Carol), of East Hampton, CT and Bradenton, FL, Diane Kolman of Northborough, MA, and the late Linda Marcantonio of Meriden. She will also be remembered by her grandchildren, Glenn Edward Delinsky, Jr, Matthew Marcantonio, Erica Meier (David), and Ashley Casey; great grandchildren Zachary, Nathan, Britani, and Wyatt; siblings Ruth Norton of Wilkes-Barre, PA and Elizabeth Berkheimer of Greenfield, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers, Richard, William, and Thomas. Jean was a simple woman who enjoyed bowling and bingo, as well as crafts and word search puzzles. She especially loved spending time with her family.
