Jean A. Robinson Warner, 82, of 75 Washington Ave., Hamden passed away on Tuesday, November 20 at CT Hospice in Branford. Wife of sixty-four years of Richard A. Warner, Jean is also survived by daughter Cynthia Warner (William) Strickland of North Haven, son Mark R. (Glenda) Warner of Riverview, FL and granddaughter Karilyn B. Strickland of North Haven. She also leaves brothers Theodore Lennon and Jon Robinson and sister Elizabeth Thompson. Jean was predeceased by a brother Leland H. Robinson, Sr. A daughter of the late Bradford Wilder Robinson and E. Lucille Towne Robinson Dendas, she was born January 15, 1925. Besides being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Jean was active as a Girl Scout troop leader for a number of years. She was heavily involved in the Towne Family Association, a genealogy organization, and often wrote articles for their newsletter. Her other passions included reading and cooking. Jean made friends wherever she went, and was always sure to remember them with cards or letters. A Service will be held at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 WHITNEY AVE., HAMDEN on Friday, November 23, 2007 at 2 pm.
