Joan LaFrance Renehan Beauchamp, of Hamden, wife of the late Maurice F. Beauchamp, passed away October 3, 2021 after a brief illness. Joan was born in New Haven October 27, 1932, a daughter of the late William and Aglaee LaFrance Renehan, and was a Hamden resident for many years. She was employed at the Knights of Columbus before her retirement. She is survived by her son William F. Beauchamp and his wife Sue Redmore of Aptos, CA, and a nephew John M. Dunn of Hamden. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her twin brother William LaFrance Renehan, sister Mary Renehan Dunn, brother-in-law John F. Dunn, and niece Joan Aglaee Dunn.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Thursday, Oct. 7th at 12 Noon. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Fellowship Place , 441 Elm St., New Haven, CT 06511.
