At her home, April 18, 2004, Joan M. Macholl, 69, of 105 Hinmann St., West Haven. She was born in New Haven, Oct. 13, 1934, a daughter of the late Oarrie and Eva Kelly Eburg. She had been a volunteer for the Salvation Army. She is survived by four daughters and their husbands, Kim and Paul Colon of West Haven, Patricia and Ronald Estes of Livermore Falls, ME, Geraldine Macholl of West Haven and Ginger Seales of West Haven, three sons and their wives, Arthur and Grace Macholl, Jr. of West Haven, Steven Macholl of West Haven, Richard and Rosa Macholl of Bell, CA, a sister, Faye Russo of GA, two brothers, Thomas Eburg of West Haven, Ralph Eberg of North Haven, twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and her lifetime companion, George O'Connor. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Funeral service Thurs., April 22 at 10 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Cambell Ave. at Court St., West Haven. Captain David Maddock will officiate. Burial will be at St . Lawrence Cemetery. Friends may call Wed. from 4 to 8 p.m.
