Darien- Joan Peugeot, 76, formerly of Clifford St., Hamden, passed away March 27, 2003 in the Mediplex Healthcare Center of Darien after a long illness. She was born in Hamden a daughter of the late George L. and Mae Grimes Peugeot and graduated from the Hamden Hall Country Day School in 1944. She attended Beaver College in PA and was an accomplished figure skater. Miss Peugeot is survived by a brother, George L. Peugeot of Northfield, IL. Service of Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery, Cheshire, Thursday, April 3 at 1 p.m. Arrangements in care of BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
