Joanne F. Mitchell, 71, of East Haven, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2025. She was born in New Haven on October 15, 1954 to the late Robert Jay and Kathleen Mitchell. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Robert Mitchell, Jr.
