MERIDEN - John S. Kravontka, 80, of 60 Hanover St., died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2004, at Haven Health Center in Cromwell. Born in Manchester, CT on Feb. 3, 1923, he was the son of the late John and Sophie Tolva Kravontka. He was self-employed as a handyman and cabinet maker. He is survived by a daughter, Cynthia K. Lewoc of Meriden and a brother, Andrew Kravontka of Manchester. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beecher & Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden.
