John Torrey Lunde 84, of Ferry Rd., Orange, died Tuesday, June 12, 2001 he was the husband of the late Betty Stevens Lunde. Prior to his retirement Mr. Lunde was a carpenter for the Berner Lohne Company. Father of Jane Pedersen of Wenham, MA and Joyce Lindsay of Orange, grandfather of Kyle Pedersen, Kirsten Hinz, Lia Hinson, Kris Lindsay, Bruce Lindsay and Jay Lindsay. Great-grandfather of Stefan Hinz. Brother of Evelyn Whitney, Frances Hedlund, Philip Lunde, Shirley Jacobsen and Dorothy Waldo. Memorial service Friday, June 15 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Evangelical Free Church, 33 Center Rd., Woodbridge. Burial will be private in Milford Side Cemetery.
