Jonathan W. Wilson unexpectedly departed this world on Saturday, March 1, 2025. He was 55 years old and a lifelong resident of Meriden, CT Jonathan or "Johnny" as he was known to many, was born on November 07, 1969, to the late Woodrow Wilson Jr. and Dorothy L. Marrow of Meriden, CT. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. Besides his loving mother, Dorothy, he is survived by his brothers, Gregory A. Wilson of Wallingford, CT, Jeffrey L. Wilson of Meriden, CT, and two sisters, Kelly Kirkland of Detroit, MI, and Regina P. Wilson of Rocky Hill, CT. He was predeceased by his father, Woodrow Wilson, Jr. and his two brothers, Woodrow Wilson, III and Demetrious A. Wilson. Jonathan's memory will also be cherished by several other great aunts, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, great nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins and friends. Jonathan graduated from Platt High School in 1987. After completing his schooling, he began working at Rick's Fine Shine doing auto detailing for many years. Jonathan never married but he loved his family. He was a very spiritual person who took great pride in his relationship with Jesus Christ. He was a very sensitive, humble soul who loved to spend time alone. Although Johnny's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, we know that he has gone to his eternal peace to be reunited with his beloved family members.

The Celebration of Life service to honor the life of Jonathan W. Wilson will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 11:00am at Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Avenue, Meriden, CT, officiated by Rev. Mia J. Douglas. The wake will be held from 10:00am-11:00am prior to the service.  We appreciate your understanding as we honor our loved one with a private burial.
