In Hamden January 30,2001, Josephine Conlon Schwartz 103, wife of the late Raymond Erick Schwartz, Sr. formerly of Lilac Ave. Mother of the late Raymond Erick Schwartz,II. Grandmother of Col. Raymond Erick Schwartz, III USMC of Burke, VA and Michael Francis Schwartz of Maui, Hawaii, great-grandmother of Meghan Schwartz. She was born in Longford, Ireland daughter of the late James and Hannah Reynolds Conlon. A Graduate of St. James Nursing School, NJ and Stone College. Worked as a registered nurse at Hospital of St. Raphael and did private duty care for many years. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Friday Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Rita Church at 10:30 a.m. Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
