June (Litoski) Cupples, 82, of Hamden, CT, formerly of Montrose, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on October 11, 2024. She was born in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania to the late Daniel and Margaret Prevish Litoski. June lovingly leaves behind her husband, Bruce Cupples; her sister, Carol Rutledge (Richard Rutledge); her beloved daughters, Christen Cupples Cooper and Courtney Cupples (Rodrigo Frias); and four grandchildren, Nathaniel, Anna Louise, Maximiliano, and Sofia.

June and Bruce were married in the Holy Name of Mary Church, where their daughters received religious education and sang in the church choir. The family lived in Montrose Area School District, where June worked as a teachers' aide, always encouraging underserved students to aim high in their goals and maintain high standards in their learning.

June loved to travel, living in Pennsylvania, Colorado, Florida and Connecticut. She also enjoyed traveling to Chile, Brazil, Mexico, France and Israel. She leaves behind many beautiful memories, a love for music of all kinds, and a zest for life.
