Kathryn B. Jetter, of Hamden, passed away January 1, 2011. She was the wife of Ken (Roy) Jetter. She was born in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, October 13, 1922, daughter of the late John Scott and Emma Forsythe Batten. Mrs. Jetter was a Registered Nurse, receiving her nursing degree from the Presbyterian Nursing Hospital in Philadelphia. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of New Haven and the First President of the Friendship Gate Group Home in New Haven and a member of the North Haven Garden Club. Mrs. Jetter was a resident of Hamden since 1968. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Kathryn Jetter of North Haven and a son, Kenneth Scott Jetter of Grand Prairie, Texas. Also survived by grandaughters, Megan, Heather, and Kayla Jetter of Grand Prairie, Texas. She was predeceased by a sister, Frances Robbins.
