Kenneth J. Gerry, Jr., 62, of North Haven, passed away at Yale-New Haven Hospital on Sunday, November 16, 2014. Born on April 20, 1952, he was the son of Jean Marsden Gerry of Fairfield, CT and the late Kenneth J. Gerry. He was the beloved husband of Roseann McManus Gerry. He is survived by his children; Dr. Shannon Page Gerry (Timothy Gearon), Alexandra Jude Gerry, and Zachary Joseph Gerry, as well as his grandson, Declan Daniel Gearon, sister, Kathleen (James) Frey, mother and father-in-law, Bridget and Patrick McManus, sisters and brothers-in-law, and nieces and nephews. He had worked as Vice President of Morgan Stanley, and once served as the President of the New Haven Country Club. He was a proud graduate of Providence College, and a member of the New Haven chapter of the school's Alumni Club. He was also a member of the Knights of St. Patrick, the Owenego Beach Club, and was a lifetime member of the Housatonic Fly Fisherman's Association. Friends may visit with Ken's family on Tuesday, November 18 from 4-8 PM at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, and are also invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday morning at 10 AM at Our Lady of Mt.
