In Hamden, Nov. 9, 2003, Kenneth ''Corky'' O'Connell, 68, husband of Catherine Colwell O'Connell, of 209 Haverford St., brother of Robert O'Connell of Clinton also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews. Born in New Haven, Jan. 4,1935 a son on the late Joseph O'Connell. Corky worked as a custodian for the City of New Haven, Yale Univ. and The New Haven Railroad. He was an Army Veteran. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, Wed., Nov. 12, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10:00 a.m. Friends may call Tuesday (TODAY) from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
