Mt. Dora, FL. - L. Eileen Sell, 74, loving wife of John Sell of Dana Court, passed away Jan. 15 after a brief illness. She was born in New Brunswick, Canada April 16, 1931, a daughter of the late Laurence H. and Phoebe Graham Batchelder and has resided in Meriden, CT, Wallingford, CT and Mt. Dora, FL. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a Manager of Consumer Affairs at Heublin Inc. of Farmington, CT. In addition to her husband she is survived by 2 stepdaughters, Heidi (Sell) Buatti of Rocky Hill, CT, Melody Sell of PA, a stepson, Chris Sell of Bethel, CT, a brother, Laurence H. Batchelder of Meriden, CT, four loving nieces, Brenda Carmody of Jacksonville, FL, Robyn Pitarressi of Clearwater, FL, Jodi Yamashita of Wallingford, CT, and Debra Bard of Southington, CT, a nephew, Darrell Theriault, Jr. of Bristol, CT, and 2 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Lloyd P. Hall, a sister, Dorcas H. Theriault and a nephew Edmund Theriault. Memorial Service Sat., Jan. 28, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the First Baptist Church, 460 Broad St., Meriden.
