Laura 'Lea' Lynch, 51, of New Haven, passed away at her home on October 12, 2015 after a short illness. Born in New Haven on October 1, 1964 to the late Arthur & Madelyn Sadler Lynch. She will be remembered by her soul mate of 37 years, James Gertsch; sisters, Lana (Alan) Hindle of East Haven & Linda Macri of New Ellenton, SC; nieces & nephews. Predeceased by her siblings, Lester Miller, Larry and Lance Lynch, and Lori Polsinelli. Lea loved animals and volunteered her time at the Humane Society along with the Cat Society of New Haven. She enjoyed cruises with Jim and was a NASCAR fan. Lea was always full of fun and laughter and constantly put others before herself.
