Leona P. Howarth, 88, of New Haven, wife of the late Ottis S. Howarth passed away March 26, 2016 after a brief illness. She was born in New Haven a daughter of Wade and Edith Westcott and had been employed at Global Electronics prior to retirement. Mother of Scott Howarth of New Haven and Thomas Howarth of Newport, ME. She was predeceased by her brother Paul Leslie Coates. Funeral service will be held Wednesday morning March 30, at 10:30 at BEECHER & BENNETT 2300 WHITNEY AVE HAMDEN. Friends may visit with her family Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:30.
