MERIDEN - Lewis Robert DeGenaro, 56, of 148 Fowler Ave. Ext., died suddenly at his home on Wednesday, August 14, 2002. He was the husband of Patricia Parrington DeGenaro. Born in Floral Park, NY on Jan. 22, 1946, he was the son of the late Louis and Ruth Constantine DeGenaro. He was employed as a technical representative at VGC Graphic Arts Company and later as a cook at Foxwoods and ESPN. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and of the Elks Club and was in the U.S. Army. Besides his wife, he is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Philip Deignan and a niece Elizabeth Deignan, all of Rahway, New Jersey. He was predeceased by a sister, Nancy DeGenaro. Memorial Service will be held Monday, Aug. 19, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Meriden with Rev. Eric Henderson officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
