Lillian Rawling of Hamden, CT passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 91.
Lillian was a lifetime resident of Hamden. Having been born and raised on her father's farm, she would soon marry and begin her own family across the street. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Don Rawling, parents Leonard and Emily Dorman, and her 9 siblings; Lenora Winkley, Harold Dorman, Burton Dorman, Emily Moody, Lucille Andrews, Inez Moody, Otis Dorman, Leonard Dorman, Jr. and Arthurine Dorman. Lillian is survived by her daughter, Roxanne Rawling of Hamden, sons, Don Rawling, Jr. (Lisa) of Durham and Scott Rawling (Ingrid) of Seymour, and also by her 3 grandsons and 3 great-grandchildren.
Lillian will be buried in Hamden Plains Cemetery with a private service. Arrangements are in care of Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home.
