Linda Rosemarie McEwen, age 56, of Harwinton, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 1st, 2020, surrounded by family after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Born in Meriden on February 9, 1963 and formerly residing in New Britain, she was a daughter of the late Thaddeus and Frances (Alfieri) Urbanski. Linda was employed with the Air Force and was the Director of Psychological Health at the 103rd Air Wing, National Guard at Bradley. Linda is survived by her husband Paul A. McEwen; her sister Diane Swol; and brother-in-law Robert Swol; 3 nieces, Katie, Chrissy and Becca; and many cousins, friends and co-workers....all of whom she loved dearly. Linda loved to apply her craft of psychotherapy, crochet, knit, sew, do puzzles, go RV'ing and swim. She will be dearly missed by all. A Celebration of Linda's Life will be held in the spring with her family, friends and co-workers.
