Lisa L. Adkins, 66, of Portland, loving wife of William Adkins, passed away on September 13, 2025, at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT. She was born in Bridgeport on July 15, 1959, a daughter of the late Gilbert and Lorraine Keating Clark. In addition to her husband Bill, she is survived by her sisters, Diane Miller and Corinne Clark. She also leaves her nephews, Michael and James.
