MERIDEN - Lois (Anderson) Dellinger passed away on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003 at MidState Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born on April 27, 1923 in Waterbury to the late John and Margaret Anderson. She was a waitress for many years at local restaurants such as Johnny's, the Cabin, Vaccaro's and Testa's. Mrs. Dellinger was the loving mother of four sons, Richard and (Bonnie) Crane of Meriden, Robert Crane of Ocala, Florida, Stanley Crane of Meriden and James and (Jean) Dellinger of Wallingford and two daughters, Sharyn and (Steven) Page of Wallingford and Patricia Dellinger and her fiance, ''Buddy'' Cifone of Meriden. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, Dr. Richard and (Piper) Crane of Greensborough, NC, Amy and (Kevin) Kosienski of Southington, Lori and (John) Kurtz, and Stacy Crane, both of Ocala, FL, Robert P. Crane and Paula Crane, both of Michigan, Frank and (Kate) Dellinger of Cromwell, Elizabeth Dellinger of Wallingford, Richard D. Crane, Amy Dellinger, Brian Dellinger, Toni-Lynn Maringola, Danielle Lagace, Kyle Theriault and Brandon Theriault, all of Meriden. Mrs. Dellinger also leaves 21 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two daughters, Kathleen Frate and Nancy Dellinger and a grandson, James Frate. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2003, at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 382 Hope Hill Road, Yalesville. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery in Meriden. Arrangements are under the direction of the Beecher & Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that friends may make a donation in Lois' memory to the National Osteoporosis Society, 1232 22nd St. N.W., Washington, DC 20037-1291.
