Louise Ann Forgione, 59, of New Haven, passed away on February 10, 2016 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was born in New Haven on July 7, 1956 to the late Salvatore Forgione Sr. and Evelyn Sullivan Forgione. She leaves behind her loving brother Frank Forgione of Shelton, and loving sister Beverly Prodoti of New Haven. She is predeceased by her brother Salvatore Forgione Jr. and sister Virginia Forgione. She was a graduate of Hamden High School Class of '74. Louise was a person who loved God, life, and her family above all else.
