Meriden - Luis A. Gonzalez, 66 of Antonio Ave., passed away at his home on Saturday, April 30, 2005. He was born April 14, 1939 in Aguada, Puerto Rico a son of the late Seriafin and Juana (Crespo) Gonzalez. He worked for Astro Royal Products making pool tables until his retirement. Luis loved to travel and go to the beach, he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by one daughter; Daisy Botti of Chicago, two sons; Angel and David Gonzalez both of Chicago, two sisters; Lucy Gonzalez of Meriden and Carmen Gonzalez of Puerto Rico, his god-daughter Marisol Manacchio of Meriden as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchidlren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother Juan Gonzalez. Relatives and friends may call at the Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home 48 Cook Ave., Meriden on Monday (TODAY) May 2 from 4-8pm. A funeral service officiated by Father Isaac Colicchio, OFM of St. Rose Church will take place at 5pm. Burial will be at the convience of the family.
