Margaret 'Peggy' K. Eureka, age 83, of Circular Ave, Hamden, passed away on October 17, 2011 in St. Raphael Hospital. Born in New Haven on June 9, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Thomas & Mary Leahey McMahon. Peggy is survived by her husband, Eugene G. Eureka, Sr; her son, Eugene G. Eureka, Jr of Meriden and her granddaughters Michelle & Quinn Eureka. She was predeceased by her sister, Elizabeth Doherty and her brothers, John & Thomas McMahon. Peggy was employed at First Bank in New Haven for 38 years and was a member of the Irish American Club. Friends and relatives may attend her Graveside Service on Thursday, Oct. 20th at 10:00 am in Beaverdale Memorial Park, Section J, New Haven.
