Margaret Eleanor Quirk of Ann's Farm Rd., Hamden, wife of the late Nicholas J. Quirk passed away Dec. 16, 2003 in the Hospital of St. Raphael after a brief illness. She was born in New Haven, June 29, 1925 a daughter of the late Murdo H. and Eleanor Davenport Murray and resided in New Haven until moving to Hamden 1987. She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Durso of Hamden, a son, Richard and his wife, Lezlie Quirk of Cheshire, a sister, Marion Dell of Hamden, 3 grandchildren; Bailey Quirk of Chicago, IL, Erica & Adam Durso of Hamden. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by 3 brothers, Hugh R., Harry E. and John R. Murray. Funeral service Friday, Dec. 19, 2003 at 10 A.M. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Friends may call Thursday (TODAY) from 4-8 p.m. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery.
