Marion T. Strauss Meriden - Marion T. Strauss, 98, died Sunday, March 24, 2002 at the Connecticut Baptist Home in Meriden. She was the wife of the late Harold R. Strauss. She was born in Oakfield, ME, January 9, 1904 a daughter of the late Melvin and Cynthia Grass Trafton. She lived in Meriden for the last 75 years. Mrs. Strauss was active with her husband in the Washington Park Fife and Drum Corps. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Strauss and two sisters, Mildred Crandell and Bessie Brown. A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2002 at 1 p.m. at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
