Marsha M. Hendren, 78, of Hamden CT, passed away on April 4, 2025, at the St. Raphael Campus of Yale New Haven Hospital.  She was born in Bridgeport, CT on May 5, 1946, and was the daughter of the late Mary and Alexander Megura. Marsha is survived by her daughters, Marisa Lutz and her husband Kristoffer (of Sudbury, MA), Erika Ennejjar (of Hamden, CT), and Alyssa Daeley and her husband Wes (of San Diego, CA). Marsha is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Mason Lutz, Madeline Lutz, Adam Ennejjar, and Olivia Daeley. Marsha had a long career as a schoolteacher, teaching at several elementary schools in Bridgeport.  She was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Hamden for many years and was strong in her faith. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with loved ones, reading, gardening, going to museums, crossword puzzles, and traveling to new places. She loved nature and all animals. Her favorite colors were green and yellow, because "they are happy colors."  Marsha's greatest gift was seeing the beauty in everyone and everything. As she would say to her family every night, "Happy Dreams, Sleep Tight, and God Bless You," the family says a wholehearted "Happy Dreams, Sleep Tight, and God Bless You" to her as she enters the kingdom of God.

Services will be privately held at the convenience of her family.
