In New Haven, Aug. 27, 2002, Mary Agnes Desmond McGuinness, 91, of Sherman La., Hamden formerly of Brooklyn, NY, loving and caring wife of 50 years of the late John J. McGuinness, aunt and Godmother of Robert and his wife Anne Murphy of North Haven, also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by 9 brothers and sisters. She had worked as a clerk for several insurance companies in New York. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, Dec. 21, 1910, a daughter of the late Jeremiah and Anna Doyle Desmond.
