Mary M. Garrison, age 60, of Northford, formerly of Hamden, passed away at her residence on December 8, 2014. Mary is survived by her husband Raymond E. Garrison; her daughter Katheryn Kerley & her husband Joseph of Norwalk; her son Nicholas Garrison of North Branford; sister Ellen Sands of Hamden and her brother Robert Mulhern Ret. Chief GPD & his wife Ruth of North Branford. Born in New Haven on March 9, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Nora McGrath Mulhern & Hugh E. Mulhern, Sr. Ret. Chief HPD. Mary was also predeceased by her brothers Hugh Jr, Dennis & Brian Mulhern. Mary was the Manager of Human Resources for American Payment Systems and formerly of Shady Knoll Health Center. She was a Past President of the Oxford Womans Club. Friends may visit with her family on Friday, Dec. 12th from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden. Interment will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery.
