Mary O'Malley Heverin, 87, of Hamden, wife of the late Thomas Heverin, passed away on December 6, 2025. She was born in Ballinrobe, County Mayo, Ireland on May 18, 1938, a daughter of the late Luke and Sabina Hughes O'Malley. Mary is survived by her sister, Bridget McManus, her brother, Thomas O'Malley and his wife Angela, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her sister, Sabina Eves, brothers, John and Martin O'Malley, and brothers-in-law, Patrick McManus and James Eves. Mary was a member of the Saint Paul VI Columbiettes and the Pioneers of the Sacred Heart.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. in St. Paul VI Parish-St. Rita Church, 1620 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Interment will be private.
