Michael H. Ashley, Sr., loving husband of June Squire Ashley of Wallingford, passed away April 7, 2005. Michael, affectionately known as ''Mike'', was born May 29, 1941 in Winston-Salem, NC, a son of Gwen H. Ashely of Winston-Salem, NC and the late John D. Ashley. Loving father of Michael Ashley, II and Terry Ashley; grandfather of Durand and Taylor Lynn; brother of Elsie Miller and her husband, Albert Miller and uncle of Scott and Gabrielle Miller. Also survived by many loving cousins and friends. A celebration of his life memorial will be held Tues., April 12 at 5 P.M. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
