Michael Wayne Martindale, 55, of Wallingford, passed away on August 3, 2014 at Gaylord. Born March 11, 1959 in Milford to the late William and Marianne Nosal Martindale. Michael is survived by his aunt, Margaret Martindale; adopted aunt, Ann Matheson; his very good friend with whom he resided, Anne Rice; caring friends from STA; siblings, William Martindale III, Marianne Rossitto, & Debra Wildermuth; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. His family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Gaylord for their kindness and care towards Michael.
