Blough, Sr., Milton F. In Milford Hospital, Feb. 22, 2008, Milton F. Blough, Sr., devoted husband of Janet Riley Blough of West Haven, father of Kelley and her husband Jamie Dececchi of West Haven, Gary A. and his wife Sharon Blough of Kingsville, MD, Milton F. Blough, Jr. and his wife Jane of Claremont, CA and the late Thomas M. Blough, brother of Ellen Drouhard of Wooster, OH and loving grandfather of Kelsey Blough of MD, Laura and Thomas Blough of CA, and James and Jenna Dececchi of West Haven. Milton was born in Burbank, OH, May 10, 1921 son of the late Tingley and Grace Stackhouse Blough. He was a WW II Veteran having served in the US Navy as a torpedoman's mate second class. He retired in 1986 from the State of CT as a toll collector where he worked for 6 years and had previously worked as a milkman for Sealtest Dairy. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in New Haven for 64 years, a member of American Legion Post # 71 of West Haven and had been a resident of West Haven for 50 years. He enjoyed fishing with his family and was an avid Mets fan. Funeral service Wed., Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 28 Church St., West Haven. Friends may call Tues. from 4 - 8 p.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT-TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave. at Court St., West Haven. Burial with military honors in Oak Grove Cemetery, West Haven.
