Moon Fon Lee, 93, of Hamden, CT, beloved husband and father, entered into eternal rest on April 25, 2025. Mr. Lee was born in Canton, China on November 12, 1931 to the late Oy Shew Lee and Oy Ngan Wong Lee.

For 41 years Mr. Lee and his wife were proud and dedicated owners of New China Restaurant in New Haven, CT. A staple in the community, they are still fondly remembered by their old customers.

Mr. Lee is survived by his cherished wife of 62 years, Oynan Wong-Lee; his daughter, Eileen Wong of Maryland; his nephews; Daniel Chan, William Chan, David Chan and Johnny Chan and niece, Jennifer Wei, and their families.

A special thank you is extended to Mr. and Mrs. Patrick So and Oynan's niece, GiGi Wong Levesque, for their years of thoughtfulness and kindness, assisting both Mr. and Mrs. Lee.
