Muriel M. MacArthur, 75, beloved wife of Angus MacArthur of 509 Maple Ave., Cheshire passed away Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Masonic Healthcare Center. Mrs. MacArthur was born in Bridgeport, CT, November 25, 1930 a daughter of the late Henry S. and Nancy Berg Burr. She was a member of the Spring Glen Church, Spring Glen Garden Club and the PEO. In addition to her husband she is survived by 3 daughters, Susan Mary Monmaney of Northfield, VT, Margaret Anne Canapino of Guilford, Cynthia Burr MacArthur of Port Orange, FL, a son Robert Angus MacArthur of Guilford and a sister, Charlotte Evans of Fairfield. Also survived by 8 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter Carolyn Jean MacArthur. A Memorial service will be held in the Spring Glen Church, Tuesday morning September 26, 2006 at 11:00.
