In Milford Hospital, June 6, 2004, Murray Albert Hart 79, husband of over 59 years to Audrey Bowditch Hart of West Haven, father of Jayne Hart Hazen and her husband, Donald C. Hazen of Brewster, NY, Debroah B. Hart and her husband, William GoodyKoontz of Cape Elizabeth, ME and John M. Hart of East Haven and grandfather of Elizabeth Zanotti, Christopher, Nicholas and Lindsey GoodyKoontz. Also survived by 3 step-grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Alfred F. Hart. Murray was born Jan. 31, 1925 in Bridgeport a son of the late Fletcher and Bertha Ryan Hart. He proudly served his country during WW II and the Korean War in the US Navy. He had worked for SNET as an installer repairman for 35 years and retired in 1983. He was a 35 year member of the First Congregational Church of West Haven, a member of American Legion Post # 88 of Hamden and Telephone Pioneers. Funeral service Thurs., June 10, 2004 at 11 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave. at Court St., West Haven.
