Nathaniel W. Foster, 98, of Hamden, husband of the late Dolores Fragola Foster passed away June 2, 2024 after a brief illness. Born in Waterbury, CT June 19, 1925, he was a son of the late Nathaniel P. and Ada Cartledge Foster. He is survived by his sons, Gregory and his wife Cynthia Foster of Branford, and Glenn and his wife Andrea Foster of Branford; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Nathaniel was predeceased by a son, Craig Foster, and a brother, Arthur Foster. He was a crane operator with Operating Engineers Local #478 for many years prior to his retirement and he was an active member of St. Ann Church.
Friends may attend his Graveside Service on Friday, June 7th at 1:00 p.m. in Beaverdale Memorial Park, Section O, 90 Pine Rock Ave., New Haven. Arrangements in care of Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, Hamden, Connecticut.
