Born in Brooklyn, NY on December 2, 1963, Nevin is survived by his long-time true love Joan, his son Nevin Anthony Lowe, Jr., brother Geymon Johnson, sister Nicole Lowe, and grandchildren; Legacei, Nevin Lowe, III, and Ti'Niyah, Dasani, and Isaiah Lowe. Nevin was a self-employed construction worker for many years until his retirement.

Services will be privately held at the convenience of his family.
