Meriden - Olga A. 'Mary' Himes, 86, died on Monday, February 16, 2009 at Miller Memorial Community. She was the wife of the late Howard Himes. Olga was born in North Grosvenordale, CT on July 22, 1923. She is survived by a son Howard Himes and his wife Suzanne of Danielson, CT, a granddaughter, Danielle Tabshey; two great-grandchildren Zachary and Travis Smith and a sister-in-law, Jean Christo of Milford. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Terri Ellen Himes; two sisters, Elizabeth and Lydia and two brothers Christopher and Peter. The funeral will be held on Thursday, February 19 at 12:00noon at the Beecher & Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden, Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 10am to 12 noon prior to the service.
