Patricia 'Pat' Forto D'Addio, age 71, of Cheshire, passed away on September 18, 2010 at CT Hospice in Branford. Pat was the wife of Edward W. D'Addio; mother of Jennifer M. D'Addio, Edward & his wife Tanya D'Addio and David & his wife Andrea D'Addio all of Cheshire; grandmother of Dylan, Brooke, Drew, Kai and the late Victoria D'Addio and sister of Anthony 'Chickie' & his wife Laurie Forto of Derby. Pat was born in New Haven on March 3, 1939, the daughter of the late Joseph Anthony Forto & Carmel Massaro Forto. A resident of Cheshire most of her life she was a CNA, retired from Elim Park Baptist Home after 34 years of employment. Her funeral will leave from BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden on Tuesday Sept. 21, 2010 at 9:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 AM in St. Bridget's Church, Main St. Cheshire. Friends may also visit with her family at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Interment will take place in St. Bridget Cemetery.
