In East Haven, January 27, 2001. Pauline Whitney MacDonald Ponzio of 30 Allan St., West Haven. Wife of the late Paul A. Ponzio. Born in New Haven on April 30, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Pauline Bogan Whitney. Mrs. Ponzio was a Secretary at St. Raphael's Hospital for 28 years before retiring in 1998. A lifelong resident of West Haven, she was a member of St. Paul's Church, The New Horizons Widow and Widower's Club. She is survived by sons; Lloyd(Mickey) MacDonald of West Haven and Daniel MacDonald and his wife Patricia of Oakville, CT, a brother Jesse Whitney and his wife Wanda of East Haven. Granddaughters; Cecilia and Kara MacDonald of Oakville and a long time companion Joe Guarino of West Haven.
