Robert A. Buchter, 58, of Hamden, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Born in New Haven on October 23, 1957, he was a son of the late Warren & Charlotte Vaughn Buchter. He is survived by his loving wife Robyn, in-laws, Eta & Sy Kaplan, sister-in-law Michelle (Jeffrey) Krupel, and nephew Seth Krupel. Also survived by his stepmother Edythe, two daughters, Kristy & Jennifer Buchter, brothers, Warren (Cinda), Mark (Suzanne) & Gary Buchter, a grandson & granddaughter, extended family members Kim, Nelson, & Chris, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces & nephews. Friends are invited to visit with Robert's family on Friday, February 19 from 9-10:30 AM at BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Funeral service will follow at 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
